International business insurer QBE has appointed Rune Molin as senior underwriter for Construction in the Nordics.
The appointment supports QBE's ambitions to develop capacity for that line of business in the region.
Rune has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently with broker WTW.
Based in Copenhagen, Rune joined on 1 February and will report to Anna Liljenberg, Property portfolio manager at QBE Nordics.
Rune holds an HD diploma from the Copenhagen Business School and started his Construction & Engineering underwriting career with Codan Forsikring. He has worked as a Construction & Engineering underwriter for AXA Insurance and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS). His most recent role was as Senior Placement Specialist - Construction with WTW Denmark.
